Call the Ships to Port – 30th July – 12th August
Sun Pier House Community Exhibition. Curated by Dan Russell & Molly
MedwayArtBox, 15 High Street, Rochester, ME1 1PY

“Medway wouldn’t be Medway without the River”
There are just 300 Steps from Chatham town centre to the River Medway. Sun Pier House is leading a summer programme of events and arts activities to reconnect the residents of Medway with this beautiful feature of the natural landscape.
Over a number of weeks, visitors to our gallery made origami boats, that have formed our cascade of ships called back to port, in the heart of Rochester!
We have also been capturing locals’ memories of the Medway, some of which are displayed in the window panels of the MedwayArtBox.
“Medway wouldn’t be Medway without the River”
