Bright Shadow’s Zest Groups offer a warm, welcoming and accessible space for people living with dementia and their supporters to come together, get creative and enjoy trying something new.

Led by professional artists, each session explores a range of creative activities designed to inspire conversation, connection and wellbeing. No previous creative experience is needed, just come along and give it a go.
