“I became an artist in 2011; described (by contemporaries) as a “colourist” due to the vibrant colours I use, I am also prolific with more ideas than I can keep up with! With a background in glass, ceramics and jewellery making, my aim is to produce art that can elucidate on the world, and create a sense of relaxation, contemplation and thought provocation”

“Initially I just couldn’t believe it, my art studio is that good! There is everything here for an artist, beautiful views across the river with its astonishing history. It has an artist community and an understanding management. My ambitions about economic and geographical regeneration through art are understood, appreciated and it feels very much like we are all singing from the same hymn sheet. It’s lively here, appealing and educational (there’s a great little library here too). “
