OPENING HOURS

As Sun Pier House goes under it’s very exciting L!FT OFF transformation we will be running a very limited programme of works.

The Gallery and Café are currently closed and only open for events and bookings. Please check our what’s on page, social media channels or give us a call on 01634 401549 for more information.

ACCESSABILITY Unfortunately there is no step free access to the 1st or 2nd floors but we promise we are working on it!

WALKING

We’re located in Chatham town centre, just off the High Street, next to Sun Pier overlooking the river, alongside B&M (what used to be Staples). We have two main entrances on the ground floor in the yellow corner and directly above that via the balcony on the the 1st floor.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Train – The nearest train station is Chatham which is a 5 minute walk away. Alternatively, Rochester train station is a 15 minute walk away.

Bus – We are within a 3 minute walk from Chatham bus station, offering bus routes all over Medway and beyond.

PARKING

We have a large ANPR pay ‘n’ display car park on-site with multiple signs and instructions around the car park. The parking machine accepts:

Please be aware that our car park is an ANPR (Automatic Number Plate Recognition) car park managed by Creative Car Park which means they record the license plate of every vehicle that enters our site.

You must purchase a ticket within 30 mins of arriving in the car park to avoid being issued a parking charge.

You can extend your car parking duration via the Phone and Pay app or telephone service.

Appeals must be submitted online within 28 days of the Parking Charge Notice issue date. Please include all evidence to be relied on in support of your appeal.
