Creative experiences for the community

At Sun Pier House, we believe creativity belongs to everyone. From our riverside home in Chatham, Kent, we create welcoming spaces where people can come together, get involved, and experience art in everyday ways.

We’re a not-for-profit organisation, focused on making arts and culture more visible, more accessible, and more connected to the local community. Through free exhibitions, hands-on workshops, public art projects, and seasonal events, we offer opportunities for people of all ages and backgrounds to take part, learn something new, and feel inspired.

We work closely with local artists and groups to co-create projects that reflect the voices, interests, and stories of Medway’s communities. Whether you’re visiting, participating, or just curious, there’s always something happening -and a place for you here.

By investing in creativity at a grassroots level, we aim to bring people together, support local talent, and make culture a shared part of community life.
