Second Floor
In 2019 we opened up a large open plan arts space overlooking the River Medway.
The Gallery Studios on the second floor increases our offer of affordable studio space in Chatham town centre. This is a large open plan room overlooking the river and is currently home to 8 creatives. From Millinery to Jewellery and everything in between, this space is great for local artists who want to share their ideas and processes with each other, or collaborate.

Artist Residency
In 2020 we introduced a new artist residency opportunity, supported through one of our arts projects Ebb & Flow Festival – a Creative Estuary commission, part of Estuary Festival 2021.
‘Deadman’s Island’ took over a large studio space for 8 months, exploring the river and the past, present and future of the Chatham Intra area, from Sun Pier to Star Hill.

Office Space
The Office is a private meeting room/ office space available for various short and long term tenants. We are thrilled to currently be hosting one of our partners in this space BEMIX who use the room for their educational programme, helping young adults get into the workplace.
