First Floor

Formally the HSBC bank and offices, now this floor is home to 2 large arts spaces and 6 studios.

This space looks drastically different to how it looked when we first got the keys in 2012. Now featuring 6 lockable studios of varying sizes all with beautiful riverside views, as well as 2 large art spaces – the Arts Lab where resident artist Mick Shaughnessy runs weekly art classes and courses, and our Community Hire Space which is available to hire by the hour, contact us at info@sunpierhouse.co.uk to find out more.

Community Hire Space

In 2020 we converted a large vacated studio into a new Community Hire Space with a unique ‘pay what you can’ scheme. We know that starting something from nothing and running your own business is hard work so, we offer a staggered payment scheme bespoke to each idea. Whether it is a book club, an art workshop, a yoga class, a knit and natter, or something much bigger we want to help get it going and enable you to succeed.

The Community Hire Space –  Available to hire

Escape Plan Live

In another part of the building, on the first floor are Escape Plan Live, who occupy what was formally a series of offices, now cleverly converted into different puzzle game rooms. For more information and to find out how you can book a game visit – Escape Plan Live
